Rolmaster is pleased to announce the roll-out of a new and improved website.

Shauna Proctor, Director of Marketing and Sales, has been working on the design and implementation of a new website that went live January 2013. Shauna would like to thank Arrowsmith Corporation for their invaluable assistance during this 6 month project.

The new site more accurately communicates the company brand, is much more user friendly and has many new added features and tools; including a new resource center, social media integration, a new product catalogue and electronic request for quote templates. The site is smart phone and tablet friendly, quick links to each product category will make it easy for consumers to request quotes and information in the office, from the road or at a job site.

The site is designed to give much more information about Rolmaster products and process to existing and potential customers.

Shauna states “The key to effective sales is to offer as much information to the consumer as is required for them to make an informed purchase decision, to make the sales process as quick and simple as possible and lastly, but most importantly, to build a connection and level of trust with consumers and prospects. With most sales transaction beginning and ending on line, it is imperative that Rolmaster continuously monitors and improves upon the site to continually achieve these objectives as new technologies and resources emerge.”

The website offers new resource pages containing a plethora of white papers, article and guides that most conveyor manufacturers do not offer. Much of the information contained within these pages were developed in house and cannot be found anywhere else on the internet.

As Rolmaster’s supply chain partners are scattered throughout Canada and the U.S., a new employee page offers images and biographies for all Rolmaster Employees that work directly with supply chain partners. This will allow all partners to build stronger connections with staff and be advised of the outstanding credentials that all of our customer service personal have to offer.

Now that the website is active, Rolmaster will be able to fully implement an intensive social media program that will allow Rolmaster to stay connected to all existing and potential supply chain partners across all social media platforms including: Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Google Plus, and You Tube.
