On Wednesday, July 31st, the Rolmaster team came together for our annual Employee Appreciation Lunch. It was a great day to reflect on our achievements and look forward to what’s ahead. We’re excited to announce the purchase of a new saw for our roller department, set to arrive this September, which will significantly boost our production capabilities!
We also celebrated the recent presentation of the Adrian Ferreira Memorial Award. This award, introduced last year, recognizes those who embrace challenges, show passion, and are dedicated to our company’s growth. Congratulations again to our first recipient—your hard work and commitment continue to inspire us all.
In memory of Adrian Ferreira, the Law family planted a tree in our front lot. This tree will bloom beautiful white flowers each spring, and a plaque has been installed to honor Adrian’s memory. The tree will remain in our front area as a lasting tribute.
A special thank you to Sugar Cookie Co. for the beautifully designed custom cookies that added a sweet touch to our event. They were a hit with the team!
